CRC Expert Marta Mauras delivered the first keynote speech at the 5th International UNICEF - Graduate Program in International Affairs Conference, "Adolescent Girls - Cornerstone of Society: Building Evidence and Policies for Inclusive Societies" that took place at the New School University on April 26-28, 2010.
