 January 10th 2011 the Egypt National Child Rights Observatory, its partners, the National Council of Childhood and Motherhood (NCCM), the Egypt Cabinet Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC), the United Nations Children’s Fund in Egypt (UNICEF), with the collaboration of the Italian Co-operation, is going to organize the regional conference “Child Participation: Together We Decide”. We are, therefore, inviting policy experts, practitioners as well as academic researchers from Middle East and Mediterranean countries to submit papers, posters and audiovisual materials relevant to the conference’s themes. (Please see the attached call for papers).
The conference will take place in Cairo and will aim at exchanging successful experiences, case-studies and evidence-based researches on child participation for inclusive and child-centered public social and economic policies.
.jpg) We, therefore, kindly invite you to submit your abstracts and send them by e-mail to conference2010@encro.org.
Kindly note that the deadline for the submission of abstracts is September, 20th 2010. Information for the acceptance of papers, posters and audiovisuals will be October, 18th 2010. Full papers must be submitted before November, 30th 2010.

فى إطار التعاون الوثيق بين المجلس القومى للطفولة و الأمومة/ وزارة الدولة للأسرة والسكان مؤسستكم الموقرة ، نتشرف بالإحاطة بأن المرصد القومى لحقوق الطفل سيعقد مؤتمرا تحت عنوان " مشاركة الطفل : معا نتخذ القرار"، وذلك يوم 19 ديسمبر2010.
يهدف المؤتمر إلى عرض دراسات مبنية على الدلائل العملية، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب العلمية الناجحة، ونشر الوعى لدى القائمين على شئون الطفل بضرورة الاهتمام بحق الطفل فى المشاركة.
لذا نرجو التفضل بالمشاركة فى هذا المؤتمر من خلال إرسال مقترحات أبحاث أو عروض يمكن الإسهام بها فى أعمال المؤتمر، على أن يتم إرسال الملخصات فى موعد غايته 20 سبتمبر 2010.
