In preparation for the World Congress III against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents  in Rio de Janeiro on November 25-28, 2008. , World Vision has developed a short policy briefing outlining:

• the issue of the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and the 'different faces' this exploitation can take
• World Vision’s position on the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents;
• World Vision’s work on combating the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in various regions around the world;
• findings from focus groups with young people ahead of WC III; and
• recommendations for responding to the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
