On March 28-31, 2012, The "Global Summit on Childhood" conference will be held in Washington, DC, presented by the Association of Childhood Education International. Its aim is to raise public awareness about today's challenges facing childhood.
This is an opportunity to network with educators who have a broad range of perspectives on childhood and education from their experience. This summit will challenge you to consider childhood from a global perspective and provide you with a forum to come together with educators and advocates from many nations who are concerned about providing a positive childhood experience for the youth of the world.
The conference is hosted in collaboration with the Alliance for Childhood, Rutgers University Center for Children and Childhood Studies.
