UNICEF-GPIA Conference: Keynote Speech by Marta Mauras

One of the keynote speeches at the 5th International UNICEF-Graduate Program in International Affairs Conference "Adolescent Girls - Cornerstone of Society" was delivered by Ms. Marta Mauras, a CRC expert, who reminded the participants of the two factors of invisibility of adolescent girls; Gender and Age.
